HTCP Trainer Level 1 Course The HTCP Trainer Level I program is the introductory level of the program which introduces the participant to the principles of injury and risk management. Clinic topics Include: •Hockey Trainer’s Responsibilities •ode of Ethics / Fair Play odes •Risk Management •Medical History Files •Abuse and Harassment. The HTCP Level 1 refresher program is comprised of 9 course modules and is approximately 4 hours in length. The refresher course utilizes the requalification modules of the current HTCP Level 1 content in use for that season. LEVEL II. The HTCP Level II program has been designed to be flexible with the participant in mind. HTCP Trainer Level 1 Course The HTCP Trainer Level I program is the introductory level of the program which introduces the participant to the principles of injury and risk management. The HTCP Level 1 and Level 1 Refresher e-learning courses provide a simple and convenient method of certification and are designed to be accessible from any personal computer. It is presented as an online curriculum and includes interactive multi-media tutorials, quizzes and printable downloads. It also enables students to access online resources and complete the learning modules at their own pace. For participants taking the Level 1 Refresher course, it is recommended that you download and review the HTCP Level 1 Participant's Manual (Course Materials) as some questions relate to topics not included in the Level 1 Refresher modules. There is a 30 minute time limit to complete the exam. A 75% passing mark is required for certification.
